Hello everyone, I’m new to linux and I need help to configure GRUB, I installed bazzite and workstation 42 for my laptop in separate SSD. Currently, I used boot manager in bios to boot from one of them.

I would suggest you continue using this method as it is the recommended approach for dual booting a Fedora Atomic Desktop system.
