So I have recently gotten into fedora in my new ASUS laptop and I have ran into some issues while trying to connect the laptop’s HDMI port to an external second monitor.
The computer has an AMD CPU and GPU (Ryzen 7 6800HS and a Radeon RX 6700S), and for some reason whenever i runxrandr -q
it does not list the HDMI port as it being there, whether the cable is plugged in or not:
