libgphoto2 <= 2.5.12 prevents digital camera programs from working with iOS 10.2+ at all. Fedora 26 has 2.5.14, this provides a working version for fedoras 24–25. See also https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1433491
