Are you dual-booting with Windows?

You can try this and see if it helps:

  1. Reboot and go into BIOS
  2. Disable Secure Boot
  3. Disable Fast Boot (or whatever Asus calls it)
  4. Change SATA mode to AHCI (if not already set)
  5. Save & Exit
  6. Boot Fedora installer again and retry
