Graphics Issues on 12700K (UHD Graphics 770)

Been having some Graphics realated issues. On java Minecraft I get occasional crashes (see log) and I have tried out a couple modern 3d games and they all have flickering textures.

The one thing I dont understand about this error is if you look at ## Fedora 35 Update: linux-firmware-20220310-130.fc35 it looks like this update installed both:

  • firmware/i915/guc: Add GuC v62.0.0 for all platforms
    and
  • i915: Add GuC v69.0.3 for all platforms

So can I change some setting to use the newer one? Or How does that work?

Tried many different kernels and upgraded from F35 to F36 and that error persisted, but I have installed steam and wine stuff since I sort of stopped playing, but last night java was still hanging for like a minute then working again, which was another thing it did. Will try more testing tonight on the flickering textures and MC to see if I can get more error messages.
