Graphical issues on AMD after kernel update to 7.1.6

I upgraded to Fedora 44 and now running kernel 7.1.9 and the video decoding issue is still there. Happy to provide any information that could help finding the solution!

This issue is set to be fixed with Mesa 26.1.8. It should be released any day now. Testing pretty much passed on Bodhi.

Updated to 7.1.12, mesa 26.1.8 - issue on 890M is still here.
Flag with disabling PSR/PR helps
