Plug it in and you’re done.

It’s supposed to be driverless; as such I’m not sure what additional steps would be required.

It is driverless for normal usb mode. for audio class 2 mode a driver is needed in windows. having said that I had to check that on a windows machine and now realize the fault might lie in the device itself as the OS finds it:

[Wed Nov 12 10:58:40 2025] usb 1-1.1: new high-speed USB device number 4 using xhci_hcd
[Wed Nov 12 10:58:40 2025] usb 1-1.1: New USB device found, idVendor=20b1, idProduct=306a, bcdDevice= 2.04
[Wed Nov 12 10:58:40 2025] usb 1-1.1: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=3, SerialNumber=0
[Wed Nov 12 10:58:40 2025] usb 1-1.1: Product: m900 USB Audio
[Wed Nov 12 10:58:40 2025] usb 1-1.1: Manufacturer: Grace Design

Plus a quick test on a windows machine revealed troubles playing audio both in class 1 and class mode.

More checking needed. I most probably should work as plug and play.

For what it cost, it would be going back into a box and being returned ASAP.
