GNU Make being preinstalled or not

Hi,

The last time I used Fedora Workstation I remember that the GNU Make package wasn’t preinstalled.

  • Why is that?

  • Does it come preinstalled now?

Please remember that I am only one person, in a project which has literally thousands of contributors every year. Tagging me is not the best way to get an answer to your question. In this case, I don’t actually know off hand, and would have to do the same research that anyone else would to find the answer. Decisions about the pre-installed content in Fedora Workstation are made by the Fedora Workstation Working Group.

There are no specific requirements for GNU make.
