Hello, when opening the folder “Programs” or “Softwares” appear error messages like this:
could not download updates from “odrs.gnome.org”: failed to download SSL handshake failed
If you know what you need to do to fix such errors or similar issues, your cooperation is welcome!
Do Internet sites work correctly? Is your time out of sync?

https://odrs.gnome.org/1.0/reviews/api/ratings works fine for me here, so this does not seem to be a general issue. So, as @refi64 asks, are you seeing other connectivity issues on your system also?
Or maybe it was a transient problem?
Make sure the domain name is resolved correctly, the system is up to date and system time is synced.
