GNOME Clocks freeze when an alarm is triggered, doesn't ring

Problem

In Fedora 41, when you set an alarm using the GNOME Clocks application, a notification is displayed, but no ring sound is produced, and the whole application freezes. After you kill it and start again, the ring is finally played.

This is a problem in GTK when interacting with Wayland.

This is fixed in gtk4-4.16.5-1.fc41. Just update your system as usual and reboot.
