Framework Laptop Missing Sound Device (Fedora 37)

Hi, I recently completed a fresh install of Fedora 37 using the ISO provided on the website. I set up disk encryption and my local account and then proceeded to update to the latest packages.

When I run lspci, I see that the following audio device is listed:
00:1f.3 Audio device: Intel Corporation Alder Lake PCH-P High Definition Audio Controller (rev 01)

I am unable to select this device in Gnome settings or in pulse audio for output.

Below are more details about my setup. Please let me know if you need any further information, and thank you in advance.

EDIT:
Upon plugging in headphones to the integrated headphone port, the audio briefly played out of the speakers (as opposed to the expected headphones). I am unsure if this indicates a hardware issue or a configuration issue.

Upon plugging in a pair of headphones and removing them, the issue was resolved. What a weird issue.

As I understand from some of the desktop team folks, the traditional headphone jack is a pretty unreliable interface (and the push to phase them out on phones more than pure greed). So this doesn’t completely surprise me. Thanks for posting your solution here for others who might have this problem!
