Flatpaks not launching

Hi there,

After I updated, the issue lunching flatpaks started. The extensions are turned off, everything is up to date, but the Gnome environment seems to be malfunctioning.
e.g.

Feb 12 10:56:41 device systemd[4048]: Started app-gnome-org.libreoffice.LibreOffice.writer-129124.scope - Application launched by gnome-shell.
Feb 12 10:56:51 device systemd[4048]: xdg-desktop-portal.service: Main process exited, code=killed, status=9/KILL

Update When I tried to open the file explorer it took over a minute to open it.

Can anybody help me?

I know this from the KDE versions: when you have selected a wrong programmed theme, the same issues happen as you described. No idea if this is the same in Gnome.
Did you select a different theme maybe? Did you change anything else before this started?

Hi there, I am looking for help with my F43 workstation, as I updated the system, I started to experience issues like MS Edge, Firefox, Signal flatpaks running in the background while the GUI never appears. There are no errors in the terminal, they run but in the background. Last thing I noticed was it takes 10 sec now for Fedora to actually load and same goes when I logged in, for the desktop to showup. Any suggestions, comments, tips are more then welcome.

Hi there, I already posted how I had and still have issues lunching flatpacks but it does not stop there. Now when I click on the Files icon it takes 1 min for the file explorer to appear. Can anybody help? It’s really annoying. Update*** Now flatpaks work except for MS edge which starts working and then shoutdowns.
