Firefox using a lot of cpu while playing videos

this was a issue and firefox claiming that it has been solved in 112 i need to test

High cpu usage on Wayland no-hardware-accelerated WebRender in firefox

does high cpu usage is current issue in firefox or it is same for all distros in wayland i have installled ffmpeg and swaped with mesa-freeworld and installed vaapi… still this issue persist so i want to confirm if that is a linux issue or wayland issue or firefox issue or mesa issue bug 1798360 - high cpu usage on Wayland software WebRender while playing youtube videos (mesa/r600 has been blacklisted due to bug 1673939)
