I see stutter in UI on all machines upgraded to this one, how this can pass QA?

It’s in Rawhide only, so it hasn’t undergone QA. Basically, if it doesn’t cause a build failure, it will get into Rawhide.
So was it a Fedora-specific issue or was it upstream (kernel.org)? btw: wasn’t Linus himself using Fedora rawhide recently? ![]()
