File conflict for 43 upgrade

Deleting files is never the answer for package conflicts.
Instead it is necessary to solve the conflict.

Systems with wine installed cannot be upgraded to Fedora 43

Problem Due to packaging problems, attempts to upgrade a system with wine packages installed to Fedora 43 will likely fail to proceed. When I encountered that problem my very easy solution was to use sudo dnf remove wine-core.i686 and then the upgrade went properly. After the upgrade completed I reinstalled wine-core.i686.
