Sometimes having an old exclude=<something> line in /etc/dnf/dnf.conf can cause dnf’s dependency resolution algorithms problems.

Well I solved it, I downloaded the Gnome Software package and upgraded Fedora thought it.
Not really the way I wanted to do it, but it works !
