Fedora39 takes too long to boot

Startup finished in 4.093s (firmware) + 7.310s (loader) + 1.523s (kernel) + 5.733s (initrd) + 1min 29.218s (userspace) = 1min 47.878s 
graphical.target reached after 1min 29.175s in userspace.
