Hello!
This is my first upgrade for Fedora, so I don’t know why it isn’t working. I have tried to do it from terminal, from software center but it isn’t working, I have also switched bios to UEFI, it didn’t help.
Commands I have run in the terminal are from this article: Upgrade to Fedora 39 from Fedora 38 Workstation (GUI and CLI)
After reboot the system enters the emergency mode, the I press Enter, wait a couple of seconds then restart button and it boot’s normally in Fedora 38.
When I did it from the software center I’ve got this erorr:
Prepared update not found: /var/lib/PackageKit/prepared-upgrade
Please help!

Never do that after having installed an OS. It will break your OS from booting.
