Fedora Silverblue Toolbox issue

Just shifted from Debian based OS. Recently downloaded the latest version of Fedora Silverblue. Initially DNF was not active in the command prompt then somewhere i read about toolbox, i have downloaded it and now DNF is working but i dont know where these downloaded files are getting stored.

I Downloaed Gnomebuiler but i have no idea where it is…(saved).
My .config .local file has no trace of Gnome Builder.

What am i doing wrong.

you run the apps from toolbox you can create desktop paths

host is immutable and uses rpm-ostree no dnf only some basic dnf alias/support commands

run flatpaks as preferred and toolbox with container development

They are inside the toolbox (the container).
Not really exact, but think to a container like a virtual machine.
