Fedora Silverblue hangs regularly (since kernel 6.14.8)

Hello,

Since updating to version 42.20250528.0, my system is no longer stable. It starts up perfectly, runs for maybe 1, 2 or 3 hours, then the mouse pointer hangs, but any audio output that may be running continues, and a few seconds later the monitor switches off - nothing more can be done, only a hard switch-off/restart helps. The same problem with today’s version 42.20250529.0 - could it be the kernel 6.14.8?

Version 42.20250526.0 (with kernel 6.14.6) and older runs stable.

I started 42.20250529.0 (with kernel 6.14.8), waited 1-2 minutes after it froze, which happened after about 2-3 hours, shut it down, started 42.20250526.0 and made the following outputs:

Fedora workstation hangs every time with kernel 6.14.8 (kernel 6.14.6 still works properly)

hello, i just updated fedora with new 6.14.8 kernel, but every time i boot into it computer hangs after about one minute usage this “should” be output from last boot but maybe someone can help me to provide better logs with journalctl as of now i am using old 6.14.6 kernel and i don’t have any problems at all thank you

I cannot take another case, but I suggest you check your logs of a broken boot the way I explained it in the ticket you mentioned, and provide the logs I asked there in here for people to review.

If your logs at the end contain something like the below, I consider it alone a high likelihood that you experience one of the mentioned issues, and you might read my posts in the topic you mentioned about what I suggested to the person there about the case

Here is what seems a key determinant of the two issues, although it does not always stand alone:

It should be at the end of the logs of a broken boot, although not necessarily the very last entries.

Also, keep in mind that the 0000:0c:00.0 part can be more variable in your case.
