Fedora not showing in GRUB menu. Fedora Workstation 43

Yesterday I was installing Fedora 43 in my computer to replace Ubuntu and the installation didn’t show any errors during the process. But, when i restart, Fedora didn’t show up in the GRUB menu. There was only two entries; one for Windows and other for the UEFI setup. So, i tried installing again the OS, but it didn’t show either. Then i entered to the UEFI setup to see what it showed and there was Fedora as an option but that delivered to the GRUB menu without the entry for Fedora. Then i tried a bunch of commands in the live usb but it didn’t work and it even deleted the entry for Windows. So i gave up and reinstalled Ubuntu. I tried again today but it didn’t work either.

Bear in mind that I am fairly new with Linux but whenever I want to install Linux, I first erase the whole hard drive with a live USB with a partition manager, all partitions erased and then reformat the whole drive as one unit to anything, btrfs or ext4 and let the installer do its magic in automatic mode. I has never failed me, every time I had a problem it is because I left a partition of some kind behind, delete the whole thing and go automatic during installation. If there is an entry for Windows something was not deleted properly.

There have been several users reporting that booting Fedora Linux suddenly stopped working recently. It looks like they have in common that they dual boot MS Windows. It’s possible that MS Windows is applying updates to the BIOS that are preventing Fedora Linux from booting on some systems. You might just keep an eye on the grub and/or secure-boot tags in this forum for a while and see if anyone reports a solution.

Today i tried again, but now, instead of making the mount points of the EFI partition and an ext4 partition already made, i left some unassigned space and selected the option to take that free space and let the installer make the partitions, and it worked. Now i can boot. Thanks for the help, especially to @bitsailor that made me remember that option from the installer and sorry if i made so silly mistake that took some of your time. Goodbye!
