Fedora media writer not recognizing flashdrive

I installed a live is to a flashdrive months ago. I tried to remove the is and make the flashdrive usable but I failed. Now I’m trying to turn it into a liveos again and I’m struggling. The computer recognizes the flashdrive, but fedora says “insert flashdrive to write”. I tried testing if fedora was already on the flashdrive twice, but the only two options I have are os boot manager (uefi) and boot from efi file. I tried both and both just boot windows. How can I get fedora to recognize the drive?

In windows file manager the physical USB is still called fedora-WS-live-4 and seems to have it’s folders. I don’t know why it’s not booting fedora

That’s what shows up after I choose boot from efi file.

Second picture is what pops up when I press enter

Then file explorer pops up. I tried boot twice. It does not boot fedora. I tried hp, and I can eventually reach “DI.efi” but when I press enter on it it says “invalid signature detected.”

I changed boot settings to allow unsecure booting and now “DI.efi” just takes me back to the initial “Please select boot device” screen

Still having this issue btw. I’m planning to buy a new flash drive tomorrow with 4gb on it. If it doesn’t fix the problem, I’ll at least know its a hardware/software problem instead of a flash drive issue.
