While testing out Fedora LXQT Respin, I immediately noticed that there were no minimize or maximize buttons on many windows, including “Disks” and “dnfdragora”.
I would have created a bugzilla report, but the bugzilla system requires me to identify a component, and there is no possible way to do that.
I don’t know the differences between gnome and LXQT, but in gnome the minimize and maximize buttons were also removed from the default config (for all windows). I believe this happened when gnome 40 was released.
They are restored by installing an app called gnome-tweaks and using a setting within that app.
Potentially there may be a similar app that is used on LXQT for the same purpose.
The component to be used for a bug report probably would be the DE that is used.
That is most likely not the issue.

As this request refers to the QT framework, it is most likely the gtk2/3 package missing which lets the whole header of the GTK window disappear, with the minimal controls which gnome (GTK) brings with.
