I guess nobody said something about duplicating. If a project uses several new technologies, then the least what can be done is to make an index like document, listing this steps in order, how the data will be processed and link to the docs which exist.
As you wrote it, for me personal it sounds like, “The books are there, you just have to look in the library”.
