How often are private tickets used for situations like this, where the reason for privacy appears to be just to allow IBMRH to keep the matter under wraps for marketing reasons? (I’m not talking about the case where private tickets for matters which are sensitive for private personal reasons).
Are they at least consistently disclosed retrospectively?
