Fedora does not boot since kernel 6.8 and beyond

When booting Fedora 38 with kernel 6.8 and beyond it just gives me a black screen. I use kernel 6.7.1.1 and that boots fine. I have upgraded to Fedora 40 and that also does not boot with kernel 6.8 and beyond. See output from journalctl -b -l | grep -i failed
ctl -b -1 | grep -i failed

[SIC]. Please edit your post. Select the journalctl output and use the </> (pre-formatted text) button from the top line of the text entry panel so the output is easier to read.

I don’t think the journalctl...failed output captured the reason for so many failures. Try journalctl --no-hostname -b -l -p 4 | cat. Also please post the output from inxi -Fzxx (as pre-formatted text).

please do as George asked and edit your post so that the text is preformatted text so it is easier for us to read.

It should look like this in the preview.

You did not use the </> button as suggested to make the output more readable. This failure applies to both those posts.
Please always do that so we can see what is posted in the exact same format as displayed on screen.

I took the liberty of editing the inxi output so you can see the difference in the way it is displayed.
