Hi everyone! The conversation about data and metrics was getting to be quite long-winded and off-topic from the purpose of this topic: reviewing the Fedora Docs 2025 Community Initiative proposal put forward by @pboy and @pbokoc. I split those posts off into a new topic to have more focused discussion on that:
Of course, metrics and a measurable “definition of done” are important for a Community Initiative. But after reading through the replies, I felt that we were steering off-course for the purpose of this Fedora Discussion topic. If we can focus on measurable outcomes that we can do today without doing a lot of software engineering work to make it happen, that would be a better focus for this topic.
