Fedora-Council/tickets ticket #458: fpgm: auto-closure of Fedora 36 bugzillas as CLOSED EOL has not happened yet

@decathorpe filed Fedora-Council/tickets ticket #458. Discuss here and record votes and decisions in the ticket.

Ticket text:

The particular irony here is that we have a plan for someone with access on the RH program management team where Ben had worked to run the scripts. But, uh, no plan to tell those folks when it was time to do it, and that’s, um, the kind of thing we’d all take for granted… because Ben would do it.

I’m ready to close F36 bugs once @mattdm confirms it.

It’s currently 4.044 bugs, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?bug_status=__open__&columnlist=product%2Ccomponent%2Cassigned_to%2Cbug_status%2Cresolution%2Cshort_desc%2Cchangeddate%2Cversion&keywords=Tracking%2C%20&keywords_type=nowords&limit=0&list_id=13215094&product=Fedora&product=Fedora%20Container%20Images&query_format=advanced&target_milestone=---&target_release=---&version=36

I will use process defined at https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/program_management/pgm_guide/sop/eol-day/
