Fedora CoreOS dropping support for VMware ESXi 6.5 and 6.7

Cross-posted with this coreos-status email.

VMware ESXi 6.5 and 6.7 have now reached their end of life, so as previously announced, Fedora CoreOS is dropping support for those versions.

The next Fedora CoreOS releases on the next and testing streams will update the VMware OVA image to hardware version 17, and the following stable release will do the same. As a result, creating virtual machines from an up-to-date OVA will not be possible on ESXi 6.5 and 6.7 without a workaround. Existing virtual machines will not be affected.
