I am on fedora 43 KDE rn. When I play mp4 file, it sometimes stutter or outright not work. I have no issue on window 11 ltsc ,so I am sure that it is a bug. In addition when the crash report pops up and I click report, the report just doesnt go through. Somehow it just stucks.
Another issue, when I sleep my laptop and turn it back on, video on youtube’s sound will stutter. I have to restart the device everytime to fix the problem which is really annoying .

Ensuring you have HW acceleration enabled should help, too.
