I’m currently struggling with setting up Windows 11 in Boxes.
How can I add the virtio-win.iso alongside the Win11.iso?
I don’t see a button in Boxes to add more devices (ISO files on DVD) so that it’s available as a basis for finding the necessary drivers during the Win11 installation.
Unfortunately, the functionality of GNOME Boxes is too limited.
I strongly recommend using virt-manager in session mode:

FYI, your existing VMs from Boxes will appear in Virtual Machine Manager.
