Fedora boot screen (GRUB) loads very slow after Windows update [closed]

I updated my Windows and got into this issue (AMD graphics driver update issue) - Redirecting

But after a while, even boot screen (GRUB) for my dual boot Fedora Linux loads slowly and doesn’t load at all mostly.
