Fedora and Dolby Atmos sound

Hi,

I want to use an Intel NUC as a media PC with Fedora. With that I want to connect it to a Dolby Atmos system. Is Fedora, or Linux in general able to output such media probably? Since HDR is also quite lacking on Linux, I have some doubts about it.
