After upgrading the system from Fedora 43 to Fedora 44, the sound in the system became quieter. To make the sound audible, you need to set more than 15%. On Fedor 43, the sound appeared immediately
I am also facing low volume issue , i just fresh installed fedora 44 in my laptop (intel cpu/igpu) and i can barely hear anything when volume is below 50% , earlier on fedora 43 sound was pretty loud
i was facing the same problem, the update from friday night fixed the problem for me, i could even swear it is louder now, please check in discover that you dont have any updates not installed and check volume levels before testing again after restarting pc
All updates are installed. The sound volume is below 15%, there is no sound.
Previously, the sound appeared at 1%, now at 15%, and it’s not very convenient.
I checked the sound quality via hdmi, via usb sound card and built-in sound card.
I know this setting, but I have problems not with the maximum sound level, but with the minimum.
