Fedora 44 - Konsole does not see Enter keystrokes

After the last update Konsole (terminal) enter key no longer works.
Another terminal works fine.

Unfortunately I cannot replicate; this is from Konsole, which is not my usual terminal emulator, but it works perfectly OK here:

Do you mean the Enter key on the numeric keypad or the Return key that is between the Backspace and Right Shift key?

Does the Enter key work after you use the reset command?

I guess you’d call it the return. it’s the enter key on the right of the keyboad.

Does it not work for the moment you start a new konsole terminal?
Or only after you run some commands?

yes, from the moment I enter the konsole terminal.

Does the problem persist with a new konsole profile?

have not tried that yet will in next couple days. Right now away from computer.
