Fedora 44 + kismet + rtl433

Hi i can’t configure fedora 44 + kismet +rtl433 scan option or rtl433 on 868 MHz and 1090 MHz.

dont detect RTL433 ADSB

with sudo detect RTL433 but don’t see aeroplanes 1090 MHz air-radio-transponders

or on 868 MHz “water meter” Wireless-Mbus
