Fedora 44 KDE Adaptive Sync / Freesync No Longer Working after update

Hello,

Fairly fresh Fedora Install a few weeks old (May 23). FreeSync was initially working. Took system updates yesterday and then did update and shut down. Booted today and display lights up in a single color. Disabled FreeSync through my display’s OSD and everything is working normally, just without FreeSync. I don’t see anything that stands out in dmesg or journalctl between yesterday and today.

About this System:
Operating System: Fedora Linux 44
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.26.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
Kernel Version: 7.0.12-200.fc44.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor
Memory: 32 GiB of RAM (31.2 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE

Thank you.

Try booting the previous kernel and see if it helps. Could be a regression in the GPU driver.

That appears to have fixed it. After booting into old kernel version it worked and then booting into latest kernel it is also working now where it was not working before.
