First attempt to install failed due to an issue with Sublime Text. Removed Sublime Text and the installation went smoothly. Reinstalled Sublime. All good.
Apparently this was not a new clean installation since sublime text is not an issue with a new installation. In fact sublime text is not fedora software but must be installed from a 3rd party repo.
Were you by chance performing an upgrade instead? Or maybe even a fedora version upgrade such as f43 to f44?
