Fedora 43 mouse lag

Hello, I installed Fedora 43 for dual boot (Windows 11 is on other disk) and the mouse lags. Cursor just stops for microseconds it seems, it’s only cursor, not the entire display, it’s Razer Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed wireless mouse, battery is charged, in Windows 11 I don’t have the same problem. (never had). Installing openrazer and polychromatic (and changing poll rate) didn’t help. (happened before install, happens after install, even after several reboots).

Also 4K video on youtube is kinda laggy (just a little but on Windows it’s so much smoother) and the entire Plasma crashed when I changed theme to Breeze Dark, even crash handlers

crashed right after that (lol).

I run Ubuntu 25.10 on the other computer (way smoother experience even when that PC is so much weaker than my main desktop, i3 6100, GT 1030), this is my first experience with Fedora and KDE if I don’t count VMs and the first impression is TERRIBLE. For all the talks how Fedora is better than Ubuntu and Linux better than Windows, I never had these kinds of problems there, never.

Can you please help me with the mouse? Those crashes and video lags I can stomach somehow but the mouse issue is making using my PC flat-out unusable.

Specs: Ryzen 7 5700X3D

Radeon RX 7800 XT

32 GB RAM

SATA SSD

I only installed Fedora 43 KDE, Steam, Openrazer and Polychromatic (the cursor lag started happening right after the first boot tho).

Thank you for your help.

I had a similar mouse problem that only using a different mouse solved - I don’t know if that is your case or not.
