Fedora 43 makes charging very slowly

When the system is on, it takes approximately 5 minutes to charge 1%. The charging speed goes back to normal when I turn off my laptop. Having tested on arch-based distro (Manjaro to be specific) and ubuntu-based distro (Mint), on both distros the charging speed is good, so I assume this “feature” is Fedora-only.
Is there anything I can do with it? Or this is an unsolved problem that I should make an issue on Fedora github page (I don’t really know where is it so it would be appreciated if you can give me their URL)?
