Fedora 43 KDE - wake up from Sleep only with button and no with the keyboard or USB mouse

Hello,

is there any way that Fedora 43 KDE, when in Sleep or suspended mode, can only be restored by pressing the laptop’s power button?

In other words, I don’t want it to “wake up” with the keyboard or USB mouse.

Is this possible?
