I just started having this issue as well. Waiting 60 seconds before log in does not seem to help in my case.
I can update with any specific OS and hardware info if needed
Can you paste here the output inxi -Fzxx (not only -Gzxx) ?

I was kicked out mar 15 12:41:xx but I cannot see anything from these logs about that. At around 12:44 I tried to restart the system which is probably what led to numerous processes crashing, including mullvad-gui as seen in the logs.
When I tried to restart the system I was met with a black screen, so I was able to switch to TTY1 to get SDDM back up. This time it let me log back in and Bluetooth worked as expected.

Here is a bump of this old thread, my apologies. It still happens on Fedora 44, and quite often might I add. I have had to reboot in order to circumvent the issue for about 3 to 4 days straight in a row now.
I kept a close look at the time so I know I got the journalctl output here before and after I was kicked out and had to switch TTY to log back in (Ctrl +Alt + F2). Let me know if I can get any other important data out of this timeframe. Trying journalctl with -p 3 does not show any messages.
Edit: Looks like my issue is related to this thread: Second SDDM spawning after hang/timeout of the first session #2129 (GitHub). Looks like an SDDM issue that affects both Nvidia and AMD, but mostly Nvidia users for some reason.
I have had this issue since I started using Fedora KDE a few months ago and it still persists. Waiting in the login screen (marked solution) does not prevent it. My workaround has been the following: When the issue manifests (you can tell by the login taking a long time) then immediately log out again once you get to the desktop before it has a chance to kick you out (don’t shut down/reboot) and then log in a second time and this time it should work without issue (if it takes a long time again then might need to repeat, though for me it always worked on second attempt so I never needed a third one).
If SDDM is what causes the issue as mentioned above then changing the login manager would be the go-to solution. As a KDE user Plasma Login Manager would be the preferred one since starting with Fedora 44 that is the one included on fresh installs. (Upgrading from F43 leaves you with SDDM). edit: It occurs to me that Plasma Login Manager is an SDDM fork instead of something completely different so hard to say if it will fix the issue. Was able to login just fine after updating the login manager but since the issue doesn’t happen every time it might just be luck. Remains to be seen.
