I’m running Fedora 43 on an HP Victus 15 laptop with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU , dual-booting with Windows 11. I’m experiencing persistent sleep/wake failures where the laptop goes to sleep fine but won’t wake up properly - the screen stays black (though backlight changes with input), system seems responsive in background, but no display output. I don’t think this is Fedora-specific since I had the exact same issue on Arch Linux, which was actually one of the main reasons I switched to Fedora in the first place. Now seeing it happen here too suggests it’s a broader Linux/NVIDIA compatibility problem. Has anyone with similar hardware (HP Victus + RTX 3050) found a solution that actually works long-term?
