I tried upgrading to F42 via Gnome Software but it seems to nope out at 9% (see vid), and via the command line it seems to have trouble fetching something called repomd.xml (see screenshot).
I really cannot be bothered with a fresh install, is there any way to fix this? Thanks! 
The hashicorp repository is not yet available for release 42. So wait for it if you depend on packages from hashicorp.
Thank you! Disabling the repository fixed the issue and now the upgrade appears to be going smooth. I had no apps installed from there so whatever I once used it for is no longer needed
