Fedora 42 Laptop Wi-Fi problems

Hello Guys,
I just installed Fedora 42 on an old Laptop of my friend, before it was windows 10 installed (everything worked) then we switched to fedora. Everything good so far, but once we´ve downloaded all Updates and everything (with Lan !) We noticed, that there was NO Wifi option!! in the settings and in the Gnome menu on the top right is now Wifi button, everything alese is working!! I typed in the settings “wifi” and clicked on it, it said, unable to use wifi when no wifi extension / adapter is connected to the computer. I really don´t know… The Laptop is Dell latitude 5580 (Dell latitude 5580 manual).

Thank you in advance, I am pleased!! If you have any advices please answer to this Message!

Thanks

In a console run

inxi -Nxx

and

lspci

to find your wifi chip.

You might need to install these commands with eg

sudo dnf install inxi

Once we find the wifi hardware, we can see if the driver is available
