Fedora 42: Google Chrome window mirrored to all virtual desktops

Hi,

I was using Fedora 42 beta and after the recent update batch Google Chrome appears on every virtual desktop (the same window)

Is anyone else also experiencing this issue? :thinking:

I’d wondering where to report the bug, RH bugzilla or Google issue tracker.

You might have the Always on Visible Workspace option active. You can verify this is the reason, by clicking on the top bar of the aplication window.

Not sure how it happened. I’m pretty sure I did not press anything. I had to enable the ‘system title bar’ so that I can find the option and then it fixed the issue automagically even without disabling ‘Always on Visible Workspace’.

I tried to enable ‘Always on Visible Workspace’ again, just to make sure it was the issue and it was :slight_smile:

Thanks very much. I had no idea this option exists and I’ve been using GNOME since version 2 :sweat_smile:
