No idea how to contact the developers for the Fedora 42 beta, but when you install with the regular workstation iso you can’t reinstall windows 11.
Basically, every time you try to start a fresh windows 11 it boot loops - black screen, followed by a brief light then black screen.
You -can- boot windows 11 by going into BIOS and manually selecting the drive. However, you have to do this every time.
Just a FYI to anyone thinking of trying the beta.
Also, windows startup repair cannot fix it either

It is not beta yet … it is just pre release before beta.
The developers are on the mailing list … as you found out:
Fedora 42 breaks new windows installations - devel - Fedora mailing-lists
To avoid such hiccups use the live USB to test or make it in a VM.
Are you sure? Because other then this issue the installation is flawless. I haven’t encountered any bugs, personally.
Oh well, if its not beta yet then it will be shortly.
i’m having this issue too on my windows 10 hp beats laptop. i can’t even find windows now.
i hate this fedora thing

Better question; why install a pre-beta version on a production machine…

In your OP, you don’t make it very clear as to what you’re experiencing.
Are you unable to re-install Windows after installing f42, or are you unable to boot into a WindowsOS that you’d already installed prior to installing f42 in a dual-boot scenario?
When you go in the the UEFI Boot Manager at power on time, do you see an option to boot your f42 OS, and, if so, when you select it, do you make it to the Grub boot manager?

please @klapauzius , @maverick74 do not blame the user, try to help!
A bit above i posted the link to the devel list which the op posted.
It looks like the secure-boot and TPM2 is is involved and causing issues.
Please have a look on the link to devel list I posted above…
Yes, the windows install exists in BIOS and yes if I manually select the entry it will boot into windows.
However, when I do not enter BIOS and just try booting normally I boot loop consistently.
I can confirm windows is the only entry in the bios list, fedora isn’t anywhere on there.
I can also confirm this issue doesn’t happen when fedora 42 is installed.
I have tried to reinstall windows several times, nada, nothing. Has fedora 42 changed the way the boot loader is installed compared to fedora 41?
