Fedora 41 Upgrade looses Power/Snapshot/Settings Icon in top right of screen

I just upgraded From Fedora 40 to Fedora 41 and lost the icons in the top right of the screen (Power/Snapshot/Connection/etc??). There is a grey button in the top left that logs off if clicked?

Settings also fails to load via right click on the desktop or from the Settings Icon.

I upgraded using the Gnome Software process.

I did have Gnome Tweaks and Gnome Extension installed on F40.

I looked thru the log and see some things that look suspect but not sure what is causing the issues.

Log:
12:24:11 gdm: Gdm: on_display_removed: assertion 'GDM_IS_REMOTE_DISPLAY (display)' failed
12:24:11 systemd: Failed to start org.gnome.SettingsDaemon.MediaKeys.service - GNOME keyboard shortcuts service.

Can you please try to create a new user and see if you have the same issue?

If not, we know that the error is profile specific.

Thanks for getting back to me, unfortunately, I have just reinstalled from scratch and am up and running.
