It looks like the rpm command worked, despite some files not being found. As for the SELinux errors that distro-sync showed, those should be correctable after-the-fact via the fixfiles onboot
command. I think you should be close to having your system back in working order. Unfortunately, I’m going to be very busy for the rest of the day and I won’t be able to help anymore with this problem. Hopefully you can figure the rest out on your own or else someone else will offer to help here.

Upon doing enforcing=0 and fixfiles onboot twice and reinstalling kernel 6.14.5-200 system is back to normal.
