I have an Acer Nitro AN-515-58 laptop with an Nvidia graphics card. Normally, when I connect a second monitor via HDMI, I can adjust the brightness of the external monitor, but I cannot change the brightness of the laptop’s built-in screen. I have tried installing tools like xbacklight and brightnessctl, but it still doesn’t work. Additionally, I am using Wayland.
